An Anchor in the Unknown - online clown course

Develop your capacity for playful transparent presence. You will be in the most ridiculous and most magnificent states of being with others. If you are curious to be seen in all your humanity, confusion and beauty, come play. Here no one is wrong, everything is included and you will see how the clown allows you to experience life as it is emerging. 

It's a paradox that being out of control and sharing this creates safety. Its a fast rack to truthful relating! Clowning is a sweet way to learn how to orient yourself in presence and find beauty in every day. You need no previous experience of clowning. 

We will spiral through:

play + connection + sensing + listening +. inner and outer worlds myself/the other + giving + receiving + breath, body and voice being marvellous + being nobody + failure and recovery 

3 Thursdays, June 25, July 2 and July 9. 1900-2100 (CEST), 6 hours total.
