A new fairytale or folktale arrives each day until Christmas Day. Miss a day? No problem. All 25 stories remain available until 1 March 2027, so you can listen at your own pace and return to your favourites throughout the winter.

Winter Fairytales can also be bought as a gift.

Instead of sending another physical present, give someone 25 storytelling performances to accompany them through

December and beyond.

The recipient receives a new story each day from 1–25 December

and can return to the complete collection throughout January and February, with access until 1 March 2027.

Meet the Storyteller

Angela Halvorsen Bogo is a storyteller trained in the Scottish tradition.

Born in England, based in Norway, Angela has travelled the world collecting fairytales since 1990.

For more than three decades, stories encountered through different places, people and storytelling traditions have become part of her repertoire. She created Winter Fairytales so that people everywhere could experience the simple pleasure of being told a beautiful story — whether they live alone, share the winter with someone they love, or have a house full of family.

When the nights grow dark, we gather around stories.
