Unlock innovation, collaboration, and well-being through the power of play
Transform Your Life Using Play
On a Workshop or Retreat with Angela
If you feel:
Stuck and frustrated because their talent and work is not being seen
Disconnected from others and not getting the results and outcomes you want
That you are working and living in an unfulfilling way
And who want to:
Become aligned with who you are and how you want to live
Be able to powerfully connect with others
Go beyond fear and insecurity and find the courage to collaborate
Be bold enough to go after your creative ideas
There is a way to get out of your own head and to step into a more creative, joyful and effective flow.
It’s possible in transformational play.
What is "Transformational Play?"
Often courses are “head-focused”, you sit and listen to information. Retreats can be “inner-focused”, you are serious, still and solitary.
In the transformational play, we are completely present and engaged with each other, not living in the past but open to a new future. Science is proving that play stimulates the brain and fires impulses in the frontal lobe, helping creativity, flexibility, relational skills, memory, physical health, and even the immune system.
By rewiring the brain with play, we can correct imbalances and develop many capacities, that transform the person in a light and fun way.
You will increase energy, improve decision-making, communicate more effectively and become more successful at bringing yourself and your creative talents into the world.
How is the Transformational Play Taught?
Play incorporates a full range of play activities - the integration of movement, music, creative expression, storytelling, social interaction, well-designed games, and contemplative exercises. Participants need no previous experience with any of these. Curiosity is enough to receive powerful outcomes
“When enough people raise play to the status it deserves in our lives, we will find the world a better place.” - Stuart Brown, M.D.
